That’s exactly who these lessons are designed for. Robert specialises in working with complete beginners, and most couples who describe themselves as having “two left feet” are dancing confidently within just a couple of lessons. No experience necessary — just the willingness to show up and try.
Not at all. Robert helps couples choose their song as part of the package — in fact, helping you find the perfect song and match it to the right dance style is one of his favourite parts of the process. Come with ideas, come with nothing — either way works.
Absolutely. Five focused private lessons is enough to create a beautiful, polished first dance that feels natural and looks stunning. Robert designs each routine specifically around your abilities, your song, and your comfort level — so you’ll always have exactly what you can confidently perform on the day.
Both are very common and completely manageable. Robert accounts for height differences, physical limitations, and experience gaps when choreographing your routine. The goal is always a dance that feels natural and comfortable for both of you — not one that highlights any differences.
